Our paste is created using Grade A vanilla beans from Indonesia and is manufactured in Australia. You can see from the photos, that it is full of vanilla beans (the small black flecks) which is the most flavorful part of the vanilla pod. These vanilla beans add flavor and prove that your culinary concoctions are made with authentic gourmet vanilla.
Vanilla paste is an essential ingredient in many desserts, especially baked goods like cakes, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, as well as custards, ice creams, whipped cream, and puddings.
Our vanilla paste is made with a triple-strength vanilla extract (making it that much more flavorful) and freshly ground vanilla bean powder. The binder is xantham gum, a natural product. There is a small amount of sugar cane to provide the perfect amount of sweetness.
